Granted, at Harpers Forest, you probably need a larger amount than most of us, but since Maryland Management is not going to compensate you for personal damages, even though caused by their inferior maintenance standards and crumbling infrastructure,(after all, that's why at Harpers you're required to buy your own renters insurance, because management KNOWS in advance that you will experience personal property damages as a result of the regular flooding that occurs), you need to take the measures necessary to protect the investment you've made in clothing and furnishings.
